As far as I can tell from the GDS, the order of KE's economy fare-classes is: Y, W, B, M, H, E, K, Q, T, G. This is generally consistent with the above list - and implies that Q, T and G classes earn 0% FB miles.
However, I am confused by B-class - it seems to a higher fare than M (which earns 75%), but isn't listed by FB anywhere (and non-listed fares normally earn 0%). Have FB/KE decided to give an 'expensive' class 0% miles for some reason - or is this just a glitch on the FB partner pages?
