From reading the thread, I understand that as a BA F passenger this May, my mother will have access to the Concorde room at JFK and LHR; however, my question is whether she can bring me in as a guest? I will be traveling at roughly the same times, but I am on AA in business class.

The issue you face is your mother is flying BA JFK out of terminal 7 and you on AA out of terminal 8. No luck there. Same thing on the return. Your mother, flying BA LHR-JFK will be from Terminal 5, and you will leave from terminal 3 on AA. The BA galleries lounge in T-3 is nice. If you are an EXP. head over to the BA Galleries First lounge.
