They are available in Paris, at least in June and September. (e.g. June 23rd at CDG) But the pricing, which is supposed to only be for taxes and fees, is quite high - e.g. £70 for prepaid, £120 for pay at the counter.
It's the same in the UK, the price for a week can vary between £40 and £120 depending on the class and payment method, with everything else remaining the same.
