earning PQM and bonus miles on different partners

I was looking for the info on earning PQMs on partners and non-partners, plus whether bonus miles are added for elites. Here are some different options that I had in my mind but could not find any info from online websites. if anyone knows the answer, I'd appreciate the help

1. Fly on united marketed but non-star partners operated. For example, flying on United marketed but Eva operated flight (Z class). The rule says 100% of base mile, so I would earn 100% award miles for sure. Now the question is whether I would earn 100% of PQM because it's united flight or no PQM but only award miles because it's partner operated. Second question is whether elites would earn bonus miles (25, 50, 75, 100%) on this flight (because it's UA flight)?

2. Fly on star alliance partner marketed but non-star partner operated flights. Let's say Z class on ANA marketed but EVA operated flight. Would I earn PQMs on this flight? Would I earn elite bonuses?

3. Fly on star alliance partner marketed but non-partner operated flights. Let's say ANA marketed but Virgin Atlantic operated flight. Would I earn PQMs on this flight? Would I earn elite bonuses?

thanks in advance
