Searching for award availability on the BA website has become much more troublesome since the change to Avios and corresponding changes to the website functionality etc.

Having just award secured flights I want for a trip later this year, I am convinced I must have spent double if not treble the amount of time finding what I want compared to previously. It's not helped by the fact the website crashes and throws up error messages quite regularly which means you have to go back to the start and input all your details again.
