As I already said (just a few posts above), it depends on the specific offer you used. So neither of you can tell the other whether it is 1$ credit for $1 spend or $150 / $100 credit for any spend without knowing what specific offer the other had, and neither of you can say that the rep was wrong telling the other person something different that what is on your offer, if you don't know whether the other person used the same offer.
