So me and my mom are heading to DC at the end of the month, so I just made our reservation using my Hertz acct but using her CC. After confirmation I noticed that it says my service type is 'standard counter' because im using a new card, i had been hoping to use Gold Choice and the expedited services so we can get out of DCA quite quickly. Is there anyway to get the service type fixed back to gold? or are we going to have to go in and deal with all the paperwork when we get to the airport....
