Sigh, I've been spoiled by Singapore Airlines. Plus, there are some other good airlines flying out of Singapore, from Emirates to India's Jet.
If you score a good plane (330 or 77W), CA is far more comfortable than SQ in Y. Sure, SQ's food is better, but still doesn't hold a candle to what you can procure at most airports (even PEK).
