I selected the HTC Titan--for the sole purpose of flipping; although, I'm reading that you can pretty much select any phone you want when you get the e-mail. Given that the T-Mobile WP phones will not have wifi calling, they're pretty much useless to me; and it seems like the Titan is the best of the bunch.
If you can, I'd try to select the Titan II - its a newer version (obviously) of the Titan, with a better camera (16mp) and LTE vs HSPA+. I know you want to flip the phone, but you'll probably be able to get more for the Titan II over the original Titan.
