Wow, I am an auditor by profession and this lack of internal controls by Fidelity in its system allowing this to occur is really a bit frightening.

They are just as bad as Citi (maybe even worst). Chase is pretty good with their internal controls. I tried the two browser trick with two different computer and two different IP at the same time but got shot down for the second app.
