Perhaps in future we could have heated seats like in most cars? This would allow a cooler cabin temp but appease the cold-bloods who need heat.

As an aside, I find it selfish that people insist on raising the temperature (whether in the air or in offices). It is easy to slip on another layer to keep warm but there are limits to how much one can take off in order to cool down...
