For the life of me, I will never understand why anyone flies YOW> USA on AC. I'm writing this from the AA club in ORD. Boarded morning's YOW-ORD on AA. Pre-clear in YOW, Pushed on time, Reasonably comfortable ERJ (A seat), pleasent crew (even in BK!!!), arrived ORD 30 mins early, pleasent AA lounge here (grnted, a step below MLL).

I swore off the YOW-YYZ-USA mess years ago after a few too many sprints thru YYZ . . .

I usually try to go YOW->USA, but for this trip to BNA I was travelling with co-workers originating in YYZ and it was the "shortest" routing since it didn't have a 4-5 hour layover in the US. I don't have *G status anymore so I wouldn't have had lounge access. FWIW my 12:15am YYZ-YOW flight actually pushed 5 minutes early and arrived 10 minutes early so 1 of 6 segments in the last couple of weeks was on time.
