It gets worse.....just been able to access my last two statements for the first time, thought I'd check the points calculation.....turns out I haven't been getting 4x points for IHG group spend. When I called (Barclays) they agreed in the end, said it would be fixed but couldn't say when. Won't be holding my breath.
May be worth checking your points calculation.
