If someone had only two days to do tourist things, I'd think ROS is definitely the way.

Besides the places mentioned above, the Teak Palace is super easy from the river (very short cab ride). Also, having dinner on the river, with the Oriental sending their boat over to the ROS dock to bring you back to their place (ditto the Peninsula), is super nice.
