I sent an AA paper voucher for $500 with USPS delivery confirmation number. According to USPS tracking, the envelope was never scanned nor has AA received my voucher. I think the original voucher is gone forever in the postal system, or at least for quite a while.
I have a copy of the voucher. Is there any way to convince AA to take it? Phone representatives say they need the original voucher and my flight is on the 16th. Thank you.
