On the way down you will have International Business Class-yes this qualifies for lounge access. This will be very easy at EWR, but you might have to force your point at ORD as they are probably not as versed with this (this was PMCO policy). On the way back, there is no lounge at SJU, but you might be able to negotiate access at EWR...
