No problem there. However, if I'm in my Account Details, I see a property under Activity Description and would like to book it again either as paid stay or award stay, 1) it is not selectable as a hyperlink and 2) even if I go through the motions of searching out the property via the Rates & Reservation menu - while I'm logged into my Gold Passport account - some indication of what level the property is at is key. I shouldn't have to go do yet another search back on my GP top page for the Free Nights link, get to that page, select "View Hotels by Category" (or select the Category #) and then have to hunt through a) 6 lists of categories as well as b) needing to select the "+" for Asia/Pacific or Europe, Africa & Middle East.

And then, once I've found a specific hotel, I have to run through the search process yet again from Rates & Reservations to get to the property page before I can even ask the website to search on specific dates to redeem points for a room at.

Oh, and if I decide that I want a suite, that's another "+" selection back on the Free Nights page to find out what points I need there - and I'd have to call to make the reservation instead of doing it online.

I was annoyed doing all of this search and now even more annoyed that what was just a curious question in even thinking about redeeming points for rooms at a specific property is now become an exercise in assessing Hyatt's crummy web design.
