Seat map/assignments missing >1 week - why?
My 8/3 MCO-EWR flight UA1593 has been missing the seat map (and my original seat assigments) for over a week. When I call they tell me it's probably because the equipment is being changed. For over a week? This doesn't make sense to me.
Anyone else having problems viewing prior seat assignments? I don't want to get screwed out of seats I selected when I booked.
