^^ Agree wholeheartedly. It's also why I read this board daily for its entertainment value rather than its learning value. I don't fly as much, but I have encountered both the good and the bad when travelling with Delta. But why post either when I know I'll get flamed, even if it's a thumbs-up?

Furthermore, the perception on this board (that anyone who complains is wrong and is a DYKWIA type) is carried back to Delta. If they are monitoring this board, and they see an issue to which the majority of the people downplay, dismiss, or blame the OP, why would they WANT to change? It may also be why they don't take the complaints on FCM, using SWU's, or changes in the SM program seriously.
