Actually, this is not such a bad idea. There are some great boards out there with these types of forums dedicated to flaming and personal attacks. The theory is that it serves as an escape valve. Does it solve the problems or create more? I don't know, but it's a possibility, I suppose.

The problem with a credit card verification system (like that AdultCheck) is that there are people who do not wish to introduce that kind of risk into their financial affairs.
