The BA record locator worked in CX system last night. Now how do I find the e-ticket number? It won't let me change API with this number. On checkmytrip.com the e-ticket number starts with 125 but the CX system wants a 160 prefix. Any ideas for the e-ticket number?
The E-TKT does have a 125 prefix as it was issued by BA. You cannot change API on CX's website in this case. However, if you were to put the API on BA's MMB, CX should be able to see it, too.
