She'd have a decent argument on a recon call if not... secondary plat cards on the same account are expensive (since they carry same benefits) and she could say she's trying to separate expenses biz/personal or whatever and that since the fees are roughly the same (or exactly the same? i haven't looked lately) that she may as well open new account entirely...
