I did receive a deposit refund plus the money that I lost on travel insurance because they canceled my tour after the insurance refund deadline. Unlike other tour companies that guarantee all their published tour departures regardless of headcount, I found it hassle to deal with Friendly Planet. Hope you all have a better luck than I had.
