She can see me booked on the flights tomorrow CLT-EWR-DEN (middle E-)but offered me a better routing (CLT-IAD-DEN) with E+ windows instead and gets me home 3 hours earlier. She's really very very helpful! (I have her name but not sure i can post it).

Now if there's some way to snag an upgrade on the IAD-DEN segment Fl# 887 12;25pm!
They could not use a FIM at res, as it is paper, like a check, and there would be no way to get it to the airport. 10:1 says she is going to do what 99% of the major US carriers do, and reissue your ticket, by simpliy exchanging the unused portions for the new routing.
