Thanks Fastair! I am on with the 1K desk now and she confirmed that she hasnt seen a FIM since "I can't remember when". LOL

She can see me booked on the flights tomorrow CLT-EWR-DEN (middle E-)but offered me a better routing (CLT-IAD-DEN) with E+ windows instead and gets me home 3 hours earlier. She's really very very helpful! (I have her name but not sure i can post it).

Now if there's some way to snag an upgrade on the IAD-DEN segment Fl# 887 12;25pm!
