Awesome, thanks that explains the FIM. So do I have a confirmed reservation witha FIM or does that just tell the TA tomorrow that I need a seat assignment? I'm seeing a single exit seat open on the CLT leg and one aisle seat avaiable EWR-DEN and I'm concerned that they'll be gone tomorrow morning if I don't try and snag them tonight but I don't know if a phone agent can see the FIM.
