Need some help -what do "FIM" and "Carry back carry over" mean?

IRROPS in CLT tonight and the TA rescheduled me on flights tomorrow. I was given a print out with three pages of text and told to come to the counter tomorrow and ask for a supervisor and tell them that I needed a "FIM" issued as I'm a "Carry Back Carry Over". It was a madhouse and that's all the explanation that I got from the flustered PMUA agent trying to work the computer. Anyone have any ideas what I'm in for tomorrow?
