Once a year between 2008-2011 inclusive, if I could clear a long weekend to travel in Europe on short notice, I've had 100% success in scoring a J seat RT for 100k miles leaving from IAD, including both AF and KL. I've had great travel experiences each time. I hope they get this resolved soon.
