quick and simple answer. AC890 has recently been transfered from a standard 767 to an all economy charter seating version.

R class has been removed from available fare buckets along with J,C,D classes.

Similar thing happened to me last year with an award J class booking on MAD-YYZ. I transferred to another option of MAD-FRA-YYC.
