if i remember correctly the gurgaon station is around sector 7 or 8, which would make it 20-25 minutes from the westin....i don't know what the upgrade chances are at the westin but i have never heard of any plat member not getting a suite at the le méridien....they are excellent with suite upgrades....also, there is a lot more to do around the le méridien....
