My money is on the system, but that is yet to be determined.
The hotel did call me to work through the details. They did say they would put through the upgrades for both rooms, so that's good. Not reflected yet online but hopefully will be soon. Hopefully more of an automated process on future attempts...
Yes, they told me this when I called to ask them to upgrade your rooms.
