Thanks William - something or somebody cancelled the SNA, and it wasn't me.

The hotel did call me to work through the details. They did say they would put through the upgrades for both rooms, so that's good. Not reflected yet online but hopefully will be soon. Hopefully more of an automated process on future attempts...
