joejoe666....9w is definitely a better service than all the american carriers but they have made it almost impossible to redeem files for business & first class tickets....
for the past year i have been redeeming all my jet miles on partner airlines....

i would have to disagree....jet service (while no where near as good as it used to be) is much better than delta & all the other american carriers....
