I did some maths on this further upthread - the forex rates aren't as good as the standard Cash Passport rates and certainly not as good as a fee-free card like Halifax Clarity, but may be worth investigating if there's twice the Avios to be earned.
When I last looked, there was an ATM withdrawal fee on this card, so it's only really any good for purchases.
