I have no complaints with Chase at all!
I have had a few occassions where Chase has called my cell phone about transactions they thought were suspicious on both my WN card when I had it and my freedom card. Fortunately the charges were all legit, but thought it was great they called with suspicious activity. The one time my wallet was stolen then overnighted me a new card.
