Maybe it’s a coincident, but I noticed many delayed or cancelled flights in and out of YOW. On Monday my light AC138 YVR to YOW was two and half hour late. The MLL agents stated that flight has been late all week? I asked about YYZ said and they said just YOW. Today my 447 to YYZ was cancelled, my 449 is an hour late so I am back on scheduled. I look on the board and lots of red for YOW? Funny how I look down the gates and I see no AC aircraft at gates
