However, I do not know, if you will receive a replay or you have to wait until the next update of the site in question and if your questions will be answered or not. As a side note,
Randy was nice enough to took his time and answer question one for those once more, who are interested in this topic:

… What happened two years ago was that there were a few FlyerTalkers in the audience at the Freddies. They weren't being all that polite - gabbing away while I was presenting the Freddies and obvioulsy, when talking amonst themselves, really not able to understand what was being said. I mentioned that as the first year in which we threw out some of the votes (I can't remember the exact number, but maybe 19,000) BECAUSE, those who had voted did not validate their votes. For those paying attention, no big deal. For those that didn't pay attention, or for those that weren't even there, all they heard was we threw out some votes. Yes, we threw out some votes. The reason, we thought that in the prior year there might have been a few subtle attempts to pad vote tally. So by requiring each voter to validate their vote, we could effectively end any attempt to influence the Freddies. I had commented that it seemed among some of the votes that were not validated, that a surprising number of them had voted with just a "one". That might lead one to believe that the voters were purposely trying to lower a programs total ValueVote. … </font>
Freddies are awarded to recognize the most outstanding frequent travel programs, as determined by the travelling public. I hope from now on everybody understand, how important it is that the "one person, one vote" rule will be enforced and that te organizers have a look that trolls do not have the power to influence the results.
Randy also offered a healthy advise for all those who intend to rate their favourite FFP with 1:

My personal opinion is that you don't vote. The Freddies and likewise, FlyerTalk was not started with any agenda in mind. As stated, the Freddies are about what's good about frequent flyer programs. If you beleive that there is nothing "good" about them, then simply excercise your privilege to don't vote. Trying to force them to be part of your agenda isn't really what I personally call "playing fair" in life.
…
Actually, just trying to help members of these programs not embarass themselves. I mean, what does it really say about someone who openly admits belonging to a frequent flyer programs that they say only delivers 1 of ten in value to them as a member? I don't know about you but I'd be embarassed that I didn't change programs. If you're willing to accept that kind of value from a program - then it might be said you deserve what you get. Programs might change a little because of their Freddie ranking, but they change much more rapidly and appropriate if they notice their passengers aren't flying them any more.</font>
