Even since CO ended its code-share relationship with Virgin Atlantic, getting a BusinessFirst seat home has been awful. Not to mention that they only fly one 777 into EWR these days. I am traveling on 4/27 (three weeks from now) and every single BusinessFirst seat on every flight is sold out.

Doesn't someone at the NEW UA realize that when you drop 3-4 codeshares into the NYC area you need to add capacity elsewhere?

As a 1k who traveling in full-fare BusinessFirst seats, I just don't know how much longer I will last with this airline and I have been a loyal CO flyer since 1982.

I hope it gets better.
