I was simply using
www.Tarom.net as an example of a current site that drew its core (entire?) membership from existing Flyertalkers
ScottC - as did
www.moremiles.org - and many FT'ers retained their same user names in both or all 3 Forums. That was my point. In that regard they are very similar.
Clearly neither is any threat
whatever to
www.Flyertalk.com which has clocked up over 2 million posts.
Both sites have tiny niche followings. (Although current threads like this make me wonder what the definition of "a total spoof site" really is when respected Flyertalkers like
doc are openly called "morons"?) :

NOT.
That latter site is not even a BB yet as was pointed out. And may of course never be at the current 'speed' of development.
