WRONG! While you're right about Lufthansa, your 100% wrong on Swiss. They have rolled out their new Business Class on all or close to all of their long haul aircraft! (A340/330s). It's one of the nicest Business Class seats I've ever seen.
Check it out (If you can swing SWISS, it's the only way to go! IMHO)
