this morning i asked for a 4pm late checkout & it was confirmed right away....around 4pm i was ready to checkout but i didn't have to leave for the airport till 6pm, so i called the front desk to ask if i could use the lounge till then....they said they would get back to me in 5 minutes....a couple of minutes later i get a call from the manager's office & he told me i could keep the room till 6pm....great gesture from the hotel & very much appreciated....^^
