If you look at the "Manage My Bookings" section online, it tells you if your ticket hasn't been issued yet. If it's already issued, you'll be able to download a copy of the e-ticket (in PDF format).

I do not know for Asiamiles but on other airlines (e.g. BA), the miles are deducted upon reservation. However, the credit card is debited when the ticket is issued. So there are typically two "relevant" dates. 1) when the booking is made 2) when the e-ticket is issued (with a number) and taxes are debited.
It could be that Asiamiles has a different policy and deduct taxes immediately as well as miles, but only issue the e-ticket later.
In any case, my guess would be that the stating date for the 12 month period is the date of ticket issue.
