Correct, the FOPs will go to individual accounts. The miles will go to individual accounts too but you can pool the redeemable miles as a family as long as you enroll for JALFC
For Oceania region, the JMB status will only apply to individual member. Which means individual members would have to attain their status separately (of course unless if you select spouse status gifting as the gift selection for JMB Diamond then that's another story)
