Had a bad experience with Expedia. They booked me a connection from Delta -terminal 2 to American Airlines -terminal 8 with an hour connect time. This is not a realistic connect time during many times of the day and the year. I missed my connection despite my best efforts. Cost about $1500 to get me to my destination. Expedia has denied any liability for their incompetence. American Airlines overcharged me and refuses any refund. Do not deal with these companies.
