When I checked in for my previous flight online from Toronto to Victoria 23 hours in advance, there was nothing offered, but when I printed my baggage tags at the airport 2 hours in advance, I saw a small gray rectangular "upgrade" button next to the more obvious red rectangular "continue" button. It stated a price of $799, but gave no details of what the upgrade would provide if purchased. It wasn't promoted or advertised very well at all. I just thought that it would have been more obvious, like a whole separate screen offering it or something.
