Theoretically, TSA's security should be good enough that it doesn't matter who you let on the plane, but what about a counterfeit driver's license corresponding to someone in the Pre program coupled with a ticket booked with that person's FF number?
Perhaps then the solution is to not have a program in the first place where certain travelers are treated by the government better than others.
Imagine a highway where certain "pre-trusted" drivers are not checked by police for speeding as often as other "untrusted" drivers. How is PreCheck any different?
