Interesting story. They are correct that if they implement something like intellicheck, you can't board with a counterfeit driver's license, but high quality forged documents can still be the "breeder documents" to get a fraudulent document.

Theoretically, TSA's security should be good enough that it doesn't matter who you let on the plane, but what about a counterfeit driver's license corresponding to someone in the Pre program coupled with a ticket booked with that person's FF number?
