Very true and I agree that most people when they book or fly have no idea that they arent on United even thou thats what is written on the plane and it says UA Flight # 3322. But the reality is its not United.

Now the OP wanted to know what are his kids Due in Compensation and the answer IMO is Zero. If they write up a nice letter most likely they will be sent something far less then what it seems the OP probably will like it to be, but since its now COdbaUA they just might get a nice letter of Apology

may I ask you what do you feel COdbaUA should send them for what they went thru?
