There is an artificial grass tennis court in KL. Renting a car at the resort was simple. Budget delivered the car to the resort and picked it up two days later. We had the concierge take care of all the details. The two days with insurance came to under 100 usd. Just remember any traffic altercation with a local and the farang is always at fault..regardless.
