Who told CX to give away DM membership to AMEX charge cardholders? I remember speaking to them about Lifetime DM sometime ago and they mentioned that it is something that one should earn from flying - yeah, so much for giving DM away to AMEX members!

CX, please make MPO DM more exclusive!!!
